Val Walla
Born and raised right here on the Central Coast, Val is a life-long resident of San Luis Obispo County. Growing up in the Five Cities and calling North County home since 2014 has given her valuable insights into the many unique communities that enrich California's Central Coast.
Val has been on a dedicated path to mastering the nuances of real estate since 2021. Her journey began as an office assistant and escrow transaction coordinator for Century 21 in San Luis Obispo. After transitioning into residential real estate sales in 2023 and beginning a commercial real estate mentorship with Mike Sherer in 2024, Val has enjoyed the more exciting aspect of guiding clients through the journey of buying or selling one of their most cherished investments. Her experience spans single-family homes, luxury properties, condos, manufactured homes, vacation rentals, 55+ communities, distressed property sales, and 1031 exchanges.

Mike Sherer
Michael Sherer is a licensed real estate Broker and has resided in California since 1958. He received a sales license in 1986 and his broker's license in 1992. Mr. Sherer has an extensive background in real estate as well as construction. For twenty years he designed and built custom homes in San Luis Obispo County and presided over 3 various contractors associations as well as serving as an expert witness for the Contractors State License Board. Mike has a comprehensive knowledge of the Central Coast through many years of community service and local government serving on the Atascadero Planning Commission for five years and 12 years on the Atascadero Building & Construction Board of Appeals in addition to the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce and Atascadero Main Street Association. He proudly served his Country in the US Army during the Vietnam war. Specializing in commercial, residential and new construction real estate, Mike consistently leads the industry in sales working to provide the best possible service to his clients.
Mike is acting as a mentor for Val and she is assisting with his transactions while soaking up as much knowledge from his nearly four decades of experience in Central Coast real estate as possible.

Vince Walla
Vince's journey began on the East Coast before making his way to San Luis Obispo County in 2010. He holds a BA in English Education from the University of South Carolina and has donned many hats, from IT consultant and bartender to carpenter, electrician, office/project manager, and most recently as a teacher at Almond Acres Charter Academy in Paso Robles.
From this diverse background, Vince has learned the value of listening—a skill he deems essential in his profession. He understands that buying or selling a home is often the most significant financial transaction for many individuals. Thus, he takes the time to truly comprehend your wants, needs, fears, and concerns.
