She began her real estate career in 2021 as an office assistant and escrow coordinator at Century 21, later transitioning into residential sales in 2023 and commercial mentorship in 2024. Mike Sherer
Mike Sherer is a licensed real estate broker with decades of experience in real estate and construction. He’s lived in California since 1958, earned his sales license in 1986, and became a broker in 1992. For 20 years, he designed and built custom homes in San Luis Obispo County, serving as president of multiple contractor associations and as an expert witness for the Contractors State License Board. Mike’s deep local knowledge is rooted in years of civic involvement, including five years on the Atascadero Planning Commission and 12 years on the Building & Construction Board of Appeals. A Vietnam War veteran, Mike now specializes in residential, commercial, and new construction real estate, consistently delivering top-tier results for his clients.
